They will own the technical definition of the products and will take design decisions through SMR technical governance for ratification.

The IT Solution Architect will support the design of architecture within the HR/HCM domain for integrated solutions whilst providing guidance and direction on technical aspects of systems development and integration. They will create, review, and gain approval for High Level Designs, Low Level Designs, deployment guides and build specifications from both internal resources and external vendors.
