Are you the kind of person who loves turning data into stories? Do you find patterns in numbers and get excited about making smarter decisions? If you're passionate about HR and have an eye for analytics, we want YOU to join our team as a HR Data Analytics Apprentice. You will start your apprenticeship within the Reward and Payroll team, but you will also learn about the wider HR function.

Improving People Strategy: Use your data skills to contribute to strategic decisions that improve the overall experience for employees and help build an even better workplace.
Learning & Growing: Develop your HR and analytics expertise, while gaining real-world experience to boost your career.

What We’re Looking For:

Data Enthusiast: You’re curious about what numbers can reveal, and you love digging deep to uncover insights.
HR Interest: You might not have an HR background yet, but you’re excited about how data can shape people strategies and improve workplaces.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Excel and looking forward to mastering tools like Power BI, and other analytics platforms.
Detail-Oriented & Analytical: You have a sharp eye for patterns and accuracy, and you’re driven to provide data that makes a difference.
Strong Communicator: Whether you’re writing reports or presenting to the team, you can make complex information easy to understand.
Eager to Learn: This apprenticeship will teach you everything you need to know about HR data, and we want someone who’s hungry to learn and grow.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

Training & Support: You’ll work towards a Level 4 qualification while being mentored by HR professionals who’ll guide you every step of the way.
Real-World Impact: Your data-driven insights will help us improve HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and shape workplace culture.
Flexible & Collaborative Environment: Work in a fun, flexible environment where innovation thrives and your ideas are valued.

Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. If you feel you meet 75% of the requirements for this role, we would love to hear from you.

Also, if you are considering a career move or a sector-jump, please get in touch, we welcome applications from people with transferable skills.
