Ability to build relationships and business strategies at all levels of the business:

  • As this is a key strategic technical leadership role within the structural analysis team, the ability to work with people, build teams, create a supporting working environment, and communicate up and down the business hierarchy is a key competence that the candidate should be able to demonstrate.
  • This role encompasses a blend of leadership across technical, programme and development accountabilities so the ability to balance these demands is a key attribute.
