We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Corporate Facilities Manager.
The Facility Manager has site responsibility for the effective management and delivery of high performance in-house and outsourced facilities hard and soft services and may include line management responsibility for out-sourced resources. This will meet or exceed the expectations of the Customer in terms of best value proposition offering and the organisation in terms of safety, service, quality, and efficiency.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills will be essential, along with an ability to understand complex relationships and deal effectively and tactfully with sensitive issues.
Key role responsibilities:
- Experience in delivering services (ideally in Facilities Management), providing effective management and delivery using either in-house or outsourced capability for identified business requirements.
- Management of implemented service resources (internal or external) to deliver consistent and resilient service delivery model requirements.
- Experience working with Procurement teams to manage sourcing of services/capability while ensuring compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.
- Experience monitoring expenditure against budgets while complying with all relevant policies.
- Delivery of compliance with legislation, internal processes and procedures with suitable risk identification and management activity.
- Identifying hazards and responding in crisis situations, managing and organizing elements of numerous service areas (e.g. security, catering, technology, cleaning, grounds upkeep, and technology).
- Understanding of relationships and stakeholder management related to real estate activity with Landlords and dealing with the operational requirements as necessary.

- Pay and benefits
• Salary - £48,000 - £62,500
• A performance related bonus of up to 12.5%,
• An attractive pension scheme with 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
