We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Senior Manager Business Process, to be involved in developing a global supply chain and creating opportunities for the wider industry.


Job Purpose

As Senior Manager Business Process you will be responsible for defining business process solutions as part of ERP/P2P platform implementation for Procurement and supply chain (process, roles and data) through acceptance of the COTS embedded standard and enhancement.


Key responsibilities will include

  • Preparing the necessary documentation to support the Rolls-Royce SMR management system​​ 
  • Defining the business organisation and role designs, including job specifications and skills​​ 
  • Determining the change impact analysis and transition plan​​ 
  • Supporting definition and execution of data migration and cutover activities​​ 
  • Developing and delivering business communications to ensure their communities are informed and ready to adopt​ 
  • Guiding the development of training (process, behaviour and technology) to maintain these post initial implementation​​ 
  • Working with the other members of the programme team to ensure cross functional alignment and solution integration ​​ 
  • Defining the business value to be returned from the change and implement a measurement system to track value delivery ​​ 
  • Establishing on-going process governance post implementation​ 


What we are looking for 

  • Demonstrable experience in leading the implementation of SAP Ariba SAP4 Hana in complex manufacturing organisations 
  • Extensive knowledge of the end-to-end Purchasing (P2P) process across a complex Global Supply chain 
  • Ability to identify key data and develop performance metrics that support planning and delivery
  • Understanding of governance and regulatory requirements that underpin the Procurement and Purchasing processes 
  • Extensive knowledge of key Supply chain processes and integration of requirements with external parties and internal operations
  • Experience in leading delivery of significant projects with cross functional stakeholders and multiple reporting lines to achieve desired outcome
  • Ability to ensure functional level activity is managed to ensure alignment with overarching project plan ensuring risks identified to mitigate impact to delivery
  • Nuclear industry would be an advantage

Pay and benefits

 

We anticipate paying a salary of between £68,000 - £89,000 DOE plus:- 

  • Bonus - Performance related target opportunity 17%  
  • Benefits Allowance – £5,000 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package   
  • Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions. 
  • Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.   
  • Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care   
  • Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay  
  • £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases
