We are now recruiting for the exciting role of inset role title here, to be involved in insert phase for relevant discipline developing a global supply chain and creating opportunities for the wider industry.

 

Role Purpose 

As a Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst, you will report into to the Head of Procurement, acting as the P2P Subject matter expert support effective delivery of our Supplier Onboarding, P2P & ERP system for Procurement & Supply Chain on time reducing risk through applying robust testing and management of user training to support implementation. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Supporting the business process lead in defining the developing requirements definition & Development
  • Supporting the management system documentation creation 
  • Preparing test scripts & executing solution testing 
  • Conducting data cleansing in readiness for migration and testing
  • Supporting the change impact analysis and transition planning
  • Supporting the delivery of training 
  • Supporting development & delivery of business communications 
  • Providing active support to users during ELS and BAU support 
  • Acting as the conduit for user issues into the helpdesk

 

You will be able to demonstrate

  • Experience in leading the implementation of SAP Ariba SAP4 Hana in complex manufacturing organisations 
  • Extensive knowledge of end-to-end Purchasing (P2P) process across a complex Global Supply Chain. 
  • Ability to identify key data and develop performance metrics
  • Understanding of governance and regulatory requirements that underpin the Procurement and Purchasing processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of key supply chain processes and integration of requirements with external parties (Suppliers) and Internal operations. 
  • Nuclear industry would be an advantage
  • Experience in developing data sets that support planning and delivery
  • Experience in leading delivery of significant projects with cross functional stakeholders and multiple reporting lines through change and influencing to achieve desired outcomes.

Pay and benefits

We anticipate paying a salary of between £40,000 - £52,500 DOE plus:- 

·       Bonus - Performance related target opportunity 12.5%  

·       Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package   

·       Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions. 

·       Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.   

·       Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care   

·       Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay  

·       £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases
